The Jewish Women Entrepreneurs & Leaders Podcast
In this podcast, we will interview successful Jewish Women who have had a unique and interesting entrepreneurship and leadership journey. We will talk about their challenges, their questions and their achievements.
Together, we will explore what it means for them to be a Jewish woman in business or in leadership, and we will focus on questions around Business Leadership, Feminine Leadership and Jewish Leadership.
As Jewish women entrepreneurs and leaders, we are each navigating unique and yet similar challenges. We will address those issues in our interviews, such as: how do we align our business with our Jewish identity; how do we step outside of our comfort zone to become the leaders we want to be; how do we overcome biases; and how do we build confidence in male-dominated industries.
We will also provide practical tips and lessons learned for you, our listeners, who are already entrepreneurs and leaders, and we hope that you will be inspired by our guests' journey and that you will get precious advice and insights from their experience.
We hope that these discussions will resonate with you, that they will make you think and inspire you to be the Leader you want to be, aligning your Business, Jewish and Feminine leadership together in one person, which is your most authentic self.
The Jewish Women Entrepreneurs & Leaders Podcast is hosted by Nathalie Garson, who is the CEO of The Born To Do Business and the Founder of The Global Network for Jewish Women Entrepreneurs.

How is Olga realizing her zionist dream by advocating against funding NGO terrorists organizations
I was introduced to Olga by @Sharon Altshul when we invited her to speak at our Global Leadership Conference in January 2024.
Olga is the Vice President at NGO Monitor, a research institute that ensures that decision-makers and civil society operate according to the principles of accountability, transparency, and universal human rights.
These days, Olga is being invited to speak at the Israeli President Annual Conference, and she travels the world to speak about UNWRA and other UN agencies, explaining how humanitarian aid to Palestinians need to be conditioned after the war so it doesn't end up in terror, like on October 7th
Olga is also an Executive Member of the World Zionist Organization and the Director of Global Outreach for Kol Israel.
Olga graduated from the University of Belgrade and the University of Munich with degrees in banking, insurance, and finance, and has held senior positions in the private sector.
What will we talk about with Olga?
- What made you decide to leave the corporate world of finance and work for a Research Institute?
- Why did you choose to work for NGO Monitor ?
- How has your work changed since October 7th?
- What do you say about the fact that most people working at Jewish nonprofits are women, but most CEOs of the largest Jewish nonprofits are men?
- In your bio, you also say that you are a Business and life coach, can you tell us more about that?
