Why the Jewish Woman Entrepreneur Podcast The Jewish Woman Entrepreneur Podcast has been created for women who are successful business owners, who don't necessarily define themselves primarily as Jewish Women but who are, with the goal to start a conversation around what it means to be a Woman, who is Jewish and who has chosen to be an Entrepreneur, in today's world. There are so many questions and issues that are related to the status of a woman in our society today. We also know, by now, the important role that the feminine dimension plays in her journey when she chooses to start her own business. But, with this podcast, I wanted to create a space where we could explore the magic combination of being a Woman who is Jewish and who has chosen to be an Entrepreneur, and to see how it resonates in each and everyone of us. I will lead conversations with all kinds of JWE, some who are successful entrepreneurs and who already made a name for themselves, and some who are on their journey to success; some who are proud jews, and some who are still looking for a way to align themselves with this identity; some who lead their business from a feminine energy, and some who don't; but the common denominator of all of these women, is that they all want to explore this complex and fascinating dimension where different facets of their identity connect with each other and see how it resonates inside of them and with the world. I cannot promise you black and white answers, or clear cut opinions, but what I can promise you is that we will go deep, we will search for answers together and we will stay away from general statements, boxes, judgments and cliches - because that is not who we are. At the end of the day, being the leader of our life and of our business means aligning with every part of our identity so that we can connect to the deepest part of who we are in order to grow exponentially to reach the best version of who we can be. Who is it for? The JWE Podcast is for Jewish Women Entrepreneurs - but not onlyAnyone who is interested in Leadership, feminine dimension, Jewish Identity, spiritual growth, personal development, and growing and scaling your business JWE from Israel and from all around the worldAbout the JWE Podcast host - Nathalie Garson I am a Business Mentor and Strategist, and the CEO & Founder of the Born To Do Business for Jewish Women Entrepreneurs (JWE) I believe that having a business is sharing a gift that we were born to give to people that we are divinely contracted to work with, and that it is our mission to grow and scale our business so that we can become hugely successful, be 100% aligned and fulfilled and have a great impact in the world.
